1. Final Sale (No Return & No Refund)
All products sold on mgcore.in are considered Final Sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.
- We do not offer cash or bank refunds for any completed orders.
- Please review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications thoroughly before placing an order.
2. Warranty Claims & Returns
Products that include a Manufacturer Warranty are eligible for return, repair, or replacement if they develop a technical fault.
- Eligibility: The fault must be a manufacturing defect occurring within the specified warranty period.
- Requirements: A valid Original Invoice (Bill) and the Warranty Card (if provided) are mandatory for all claims.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
- Logistics: Depending on the brand, the customer may need to ship the product to our service center or the manufacturer’s authorized center.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only provide a replacement or store credit if:
- The product arrived physically Damaged or broken.
- The Wrong Item was delivered (different from what you ordered).
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To prevent fraud and process claims for damaged or incorrect items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening process until the defect is visible.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
5. Reporting Timeline
Any issues regarding damage, wrong items, or missing parts must be reported to our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will be considered invalid.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or handed over to our delivery partners.
